Evening all.

Would it be possible to get to comparable builds please? What I'm looking for are 2 builds to compare. One costing around £1000, the other £1500. If you could then add the positives and negatives of spending the extra £500 so I can make a judgement on whether it's worth spending the extra.

Ideally the system can play and record the latest games. 16gb memory would also be ideal. I've also set aside £500 for keyboard + Mouse. Windows 7. Triple screen monitors if that's within the £500. Otherwise 1 is fine.

Nvidia cards take advantage of shadowplay which can record gameplay with almost no lag which is nice :)

Extra £500 gets you an i7 + 16GB RAM, and dual 970s or single GTX 980. However, the dual 970s are overkill for 1080p and are better suited for 1440p/4K. The 980 won't struggle at 1440p by itself either
