Well if you've got the money a 560Ti would be an obvious choice.
If money is tight i would consider getting a second hand 460 for ~£80. They clock extremely well and combined with the above rig would still power it's way through most games on high settings. The latest releases such as BF3 yu would have to make some compromises but it would still look and play very well.
