From stulid's I've changed:

-windows to the retail version, useful if you should need to install on another machine should you change sometime

-hd to a 1tb samsung, more room and great performance

-ram to patriot viper, c7 timings and works out 9.50 cheaper

-swapped motherboard for the evo version, same features but better power phase (8+1) for same price

In terms of a more limited budget, I was gonna recommend a cheaper build with the gtx 460 768mb just now and noticed you'd changed you budget anyway, as it's a really fantastic card for the price.

You'll be really pleased with a 955/gtx460 system ;)
