Gaming HDD

Just to clarify, the options you're picking from are:

SSD OS + 2TB Data / Games / Stuff
Or
SSD OS + Raid 0 SSD's ?

You switched between SSD / HDD in one line.

I'm personally using a 128GB Crucial M4 and a 1tb Seagate barracuda for games / data and it's looking to be a really nice solution.
apart from the fact that my HDD makes a weird noise every now and then.. At first i thought powering up but i changed options never to turn off HDD... Ah well :D

If i was right and you're looking at raid 0 ssds... definately no for OS, and most likely no for data / games, SSDs are fast enough imo, and you don't want a second possible failure point.
As for HDDs in raid 0,... They're less reliable so it's a bit more of a risk for a small speed increase.

if i were you id keep your current 60gb ssd for just the os,and maybe one or two important games, then have a 2tb hdd, seagate 2tb or samsung 2tb for all the rest of your games, youll be hard pushed to see any difference gaming wise imo, thats how i have my pc setup and it works fine with games on a big 2tb hdd

I have mine setup like this:

Drive C:\ and D:\ are partitions from my new Samsung 830 128Gb SSD.
Drive E:\ is a 250Gb Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm HDD
Drive F:\ is a 500Gb Samsung 7200rpm HDD

I am installing Games and Programs to the D:\ to make full use of the SSD, the E:\ I am storing my Music and Photos etc, and on the F:\ drive I use for data backups and temp storage etc.

Eventually I will replace the two E:\ and F:\ drives for a single 1Tb Samsung Spinpoint F3 or for two 256Gb SSD's or something.
