Hi im after a gaming headset. what do people recommend? cheaper the better, but would like good quality

lookin at the Sennheiser PC 360 Gaming Headset but rly dont wanna spend that much.
 
I have Steelseries Siberia V2, and tbh, I didn't expect much from a 'gaming' headset, but their pretty ****ing good, I use them with an Astro Mixamp on Xbox and they're sick.

I have Sennheiser HD25-1 ii and Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro.

And I prefer the steelseries for gaming. However, the 360's are open back headphones and so in theory should offer a better soundstage, which is what you want for positional sound. So if you can afford it get the 360s if not, debate between the Steelseries and the PC350s.

thinking i could use it, with either my corsair sp2200 speakers or sennheiser hd 202.
i wouldnt be using it that much
 
Do you want a headset or a microphone? Whats your ceiling budget?

I have not owned a pair personally but have had previous incarnations and they have been solid and dependable.

budget little as possible.
well was thinking just a mic, as got a pair of good headphones so could use it with them.
might go with the mic u recommended :)
