Gaming Laptop and Not a Clue

Hello Everyone, I'm currently looking at a second hand gaming laptop the "MSI GT62VR 7RD Dominator" Running Kabylake i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz, NIVIDA GeForce GTX 1060 6gb and 16GB DDR4. I'm just wondering whether this laptop is up to modern day gaming still such as Apex legends, CSGO and Rust. I know two of those games are fairly old but I just really need help deciding if it's worth it as my mind has gone blank. Thanks.

Honestly for me a laptop is not worth it, but if you absolutely cannot get a desktop and NEED to use a laptop - depending on your budget you might get a better deal then the MSI one as it sounds a bit **** and out of date now.
