Gaming laptop for £1000

Hi

Can anyone recommend Mr a gaming laptop for about £1000 pls

Looking for it to be powerful enough to play most modern games at 2k maybe even 4K.

4080 rtx must have .

that's a lot to ask for a laptop for £1000 and with rtx 4080. I have not seen any at that price range, not new anyway, the cheapest I have seen is £1540 with rtx 4080. Second hand you might find one if you have access to the members market keep an eye out there as gaming laptops pop up every now and then. You can get a rtx 4070 laptop for about £1150 is cheapest I have seen them go by. But I would highly recommend the 4080m over the 4070m.

Fwiw. You would likely get better value for a limited budget building a desktop rather than a laptop.

Yeah unfortunately you need to lower your expectations for £1k. 4080 no chance, let alone with a 4K screen to boot.
