Gaming Machine

I am back I am ready now to build a gaming machine even though aint got a clue what to do lol

Could someone spec me a build I have 750 quid budget. I require operating system, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse plus case will need to be pretty small limited room on desk.

Any help would be great
