Gaming Memory issue

Just started playing some game online including Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source.

I keep getting a message stating 'OS page memory running low' or the system crashes.

Does anyone have any idea how correct this.

Tech Info

AMD 64 Dual Core 2.2
1 GB RAM

you have sufficient disk space?

Tried setting the virtual memory (so in your instance 1gb 1024 x 1.5 = 1536 (min and max)

Or you could try putting the virtual memory on another drive (not that of the OS) if you have another drive
