Gaming Mice

I use a Razer Copperhead and found it to be really good and I assume the Deathadder is the replacement?

I like the software it comes with and its served me well, although I would like a wireless mouse again, but cash is as always the issue! ^^

Cool. I think a lot of them look better :p

I need to invest in a new mouse. I'm slowly becoming a PC gamer, will probably be something I'll look into soon!

Me and pops both use Razer Lachesis.

got a diamondback as my back up. To be fair, anything Razer will be top notch, you can't go wrong.

EDIT: Figured I should justify Lachesis over Deathadder

Lachesis is ambidextrous
Has 9 configurable buttons compared to the Deathadders 5 (the two on the top as especially helpful for when it comes to sniping in games, use them to increase sensitivity for whilst running around to lock onto enemies quicker and lower the sensitivity to help sniping become more accurate.)
Has up to 5600dpi compared to Deathadders 3500

I'd get an mx518 then ;) They're just great mice with a nice low price tag. A lot of the stuff people are recommending here....... whilst good...... is very overpriced.

I've got a G700 on my desktop pc (mx518 on the laptop). The g700 cost twice as much, and I can't really see why. It's marginally better than the mx518, but doesn't really warrant the rip-off pricetag.

Nice, yeah I was looking at the mx518.

Are these suitable for 'standard' use as well?

Yeah you can drop the dpi setting (the sensitivity) with buttons on the mouse normally so you can slow em down if you want to :)
