Gaming Monitor to pair with RADEON RX VEGA VII

Whats the story with VA panels these days is the colour smearing and ghosting still an issue ?

Still the same and wont change, its a "feature" of VA which is why I always avoid them now. TN for fast paced games or IPS if you want better colors for higher price.
The smearing/ghosting is highly noticeable for me on dark colors, though I have been gaming on a 120hz TN panel for nearly 8 years now so I may notice it more than others. I noticed the smearing everywhere, scrolling through websites in dark mode, panning camera in games or sprinting in games, even dragging windows around the desktop.

Looks quite interesting, dang I am at loss on what to get!

The trouble with monitors is that you're fighting against bad QC along with the fact that monitors are quite a personal thing and if you get it wrong, you're stuck with it for a long time. They aren't the type of product you find in high-street shops, therefore you end up having to order a product with the intention of sending it back if it's no good. Your profile says you live in Malta where I'm sure your consumer rights laws are different to what they are in the UK. I've recently tried three different types of monitor (27" IPS, 32" VA) before finally ordering what I was never really interested in, which is an IPS ultra wide. Good luck with whatever you choose.

That is why I am asking for suggestions here before I pull the trigger. Don't want to send back the monitor(too much hassle).
Sadly locally the range is limited therefore I have to make use of websites like OCUK(which is great!).
