i've tried the mx518 and i still prefer this, and couldnt live without the side buttons that you lose on the razors. Just need to get a new func1030 as this is past it now, served well until i dropped something heavy on it and caused a dent

over 2 years old.

Yep the Razers got side buttons - 4 in total. I never used the ones on the far side as they are not well positioned, I only think they r there because it's a symetrical mouse

But I use the Razer Diamondback along with some teflon feets and the Qpad, best combo I have ever tried.

Used to use an MX1000 wireless laser, but you CAN feel the lag, just.
