Gaming mouse..

I just got the Razer Lachesis, nice feel to it.

I just got to learn how it works now, profiles on a mouse is new to me hehe

I wouldn't say it's better. I highly doubt anyone really needs more than 3000dpi. The highest I use is 2600dpi and I find it quite quick.

I ended up going with the G9 and I love mine. I'm a finger twitch gamer meaning I move the mouse around with my fingertips rather than the palm of my hand. I find the mouse very comfortable even after long gaming sessions which is something I couldn't claim about the Razer Diamondback I had previously. I find the side buttons very easy to use and the 'wide' grip cover is great. I don't really care for the 'performance' one though.

All in all, I think it's a nice, comfortable solid mouse. Obviously not for everyone as some people like larger mice. My fiancee uses a MS Habu and I just find it far too large to use well.
