Gaming Mouse

I have the mx518 and I'm afraid to say I think its a tad bit uncomfy for my liking, gives me wrist ache.

Had a go with a g5 today and it feels nice, might be my next investment.
 
Dare I mention a G9?

Not to everyones tastes around these parts but I was impressed.

Have had mine since Christmas.

Feels like a quality mouse, very solidly built and reliable.
 
i bought a mx518 the other day due to my diamondback giving up on me. I must admit i was a bit worried it wouldnt suit me due to my long fingers and quite big hands, how wrong was i. Got used to it straight away - quicker than i got used to the razer, it was a great buy for £20 all in!
 
I would reconsider the Lachesis. They are prone to being faulty with the mouse becoming uncontrollable because the cursor develops a mind of its own, jumping all over the place. Google search the problem.
I have had mine just 6 weeks and it no longer works on my Steelseries mouse mat, yet works fine on the desk; weird. Support ticket with Razer has yet to find a solution.
I regret buying this mouse.

You got the latest razer firmware? a new update was released in mid august v1.75

Yes, latest firmware and latest drivers. The weird thing is it was working fine for a few weeks then started jumping about like mad. I even flashed back to the old firmware and it was still the same. Re-flashed to the latest and no change. I don't think it's software related. I just think it's stopped functioning as it should. It's a very common problem with this mouse so i would advise to avoid it.
Razer have been no help at all. Pretty much the same story with the thousands of others with this fault.
 
Diamondback 3G though the light from it does annoy me sometimes (probably shouldnt have matched a red mouse light with a blue lit keyboard)
