I love the RAT 7. Excellent mouse and feels very natural (probably because you can customise the hell out of it).

Just a quick update. The G700 has been returned and swapped. Tried it in wireless mode this morning and found it pretty abysmal. Pointer was intermittantly jerking around the screen and any degree of accuracy was hard work.
Swapped it for a Roccat Kone XTD which I should have bought in the first place. Used it solidly for 7 hrs today and all I can say is "wow".

Yeah I'm surprised the deathadder still lacks those dpi buttons, I guess they don't want to make their other mice redundant.

I tend to just find the dpi I like and never change it anyway.

how far away from the computer were you when you were using the mouse, were you across the room or right beside the pc where the wireless receiver was plugged in
