I am looking to spend max £700-800 on the parts (at a push £1000 or so, but would need to wait a little longer for that), and for that, I require CPU, motherboard and RAM. The case is decided, I need no convincing there! But honestly, if you can't find me a good CPU, motherboard and RAM combo for £800, there is a problem

Thanks. Cooling is fine, water loop just needs some tweaks to the pipes
Your water block has socket 1156/55 support ? which is the same as 1150.

The waterblock is an EK-Supreme Full Nickel block. Currently it's on my 1366 socket i7. I guess it probably just needs a new bracket to work. Will need to double check.
