Gaming spec help

Hi all, looking for some help speccing a gaming pc for my brother, main uses of this will be playing the likes of Fallout and Skyrim, with mods, ENB's etc. Budget wise we are looking at around £600-£700.

Intel is the way to go for Skyrim, shame the budget is tight.

You've left £60 to play with in regards to the budget top end, go for the 4670k which is £174 retail or £168 oem.

No ssd, you can always add one at a later date. But does have a better Gpu.
