Hey i need help with a new build i plan on streaming at very high quality aka 60 fps 3k bitrate i need it for multiple games mainly CS;GO tho at the moment my pc seems to struggle with csgo fps wise when i stream at 30fps 3k bitrate and i don't want that.

Budget isn't a problem as long as i get the desired results.

Thanks.

I already have a ssd and a hard drive so I won't be needing them

I was thinking i could just buy a cpu for my current pc right

current spec!
AsuS gtx titan
128ssd
1tb hard drive
16 gb ram
h80 cooler
Gigabyte X79-UP4 Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard
i7 3820 cpu

Should i just upgrade the cpu?

You could overclock it or upgrade it yes, though that CPU is hardly a slouch. You should be getting more than 30FPS in CSGO too, even a potato can run that...

Streaming likes cores, so you could possibly go an add in a 4930k for an upgrade to a 6-core, but again your current CPU shouldn't struggle massively

Hmm yes, then a higher core count might be the way to go - I read somewhere than something like an FX 8320 is preferable for streaming than a 4690k due to the core count, though I don't know if this applies with the 3820 and it's 8 threads.

You could perhaps find a used 4930k or perhaps 3930k to slot in

Certainly looks okay to me. Has 4x SATA 2 ports (HDDs and opticals should go in these) and 2x SATA 3 ports (SSDs in these) which isn't great, but there's no use in scrapping a perfectly good motherboard.

If you go for an Ivy-bridge E CPU, update to the latest BIOS if you haven't already (or have one after F4) as this will be needed to support the newer CPUs. However, after that it should just swap out and boom, you have a 6-core :) http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4288#bios

The titan is still great, keep that. The H80 should allow you to overclock the new CPU should you get one and that'll give you a little better single core performance and overall performance. You could also add another SSD for a little bit more storage space

WRONG~!!!

I have personally owned this board and it has 6 internal SATAIII in total;)

I have;)

But overclock what you got,

Go into the BIOS, set Loadline Calibration and PWM Phases control to highest/extreme.

Set the 4 Turbo ratios to say 44X for all of them.

Add around set to 1.3-.1.33 for Vcore.

The 5930k won't fit in your current board however, and requires DDR4 memory to run :(

It's good though, so you could go X99 and DDR4 of course!

ah weird thought it would being 2011 socket like the motherboard.

I do have another problem tho ever since i got this pc i have never been able to get into bios i press the buttons but just wont work.

ClearCMOS maybe you accidentally set Fastboot in the BIOS.

Try other USB ports, or best yet use a PS/2 keyboard which will certainly work.
