hi everyone im after a decent mouse for gamming ive read that the Habu microsoft mouse is the best and i think logitech do one for gamming too is it worth me spending £35-40 on a mouse for gamming would like your feedback on this possibly someone with a gamming mouse and is it really worth it especially for fps

many thanks in advance

Have you looked at the Razor Deathadder?

I own one and cant recommend it enough :)
yes somebody has mentioned the Razer DeathAdder to me and its gettingvery good reviews at the moment its on www.lolthat'sacompetitor.net for £40 its a toss up between the microsoft habu and the Razer DeathAdder i think

NO COMPETITORS.

Zefan.

I'd remove the competitor link if i was you.

Personally i prefer Logitech mouses although as you say the Death-Adder does get recommended a lot.

Deathadder, i quite like the Razer mice, too many Logitech fanboys to get an honost opinion.

Only joking, please don't hurt me angry hord!

Good for "GaMMing" :)

The one thing in "gamming! the wees me off right now is wires.

Wire for my joystick, wire for my mic. Yet my mouse I don't notice. The G7 is no slower to react than a wired mouse, amd the price I pay for that freedom is 10 seconds to swap the battery every couple of days.

im also after a 'gamming' mouse, but for RTS like DoW and Broodwar... any siggestions, or are all of the above fine?

Cheers :)

I would always reccomend the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0

Don't be put off by the awful name!

I have quite big hand and find the razers far too small for comfort. Never tried a Logitech I just don't like the look of them, or the price of them. The MS IE 3.0 is comfy, robust, and an excellent price for a quality 5 button mouse.

I've got a MX518 and its great. The two best mice at the mo are MX518 and the Deathadder. If you've got big hands get the MX518, otherwise get the Deathadder.

I've whacked it down to size! Am I the only one that fins the razers awfully small, or do I just have fat hands :P
