Anything that breeds as rampantly as rats , destroys resources like a plague of locusts, and carries diseases like cockroaches need to be exterminated.
You may not feel its right to kill higher life forms because they might have a soul and half a brain, so you can try to use humane traps for rats. Chavs are best exterminated instantly upon site incase someone mis-identifies them as being human and gives them rights.

tbh it annoyed me even more that, i reconised the bus driver on the 725 and he quite is quite often on the 725/726 (in his 20's id say about the same age as me) about 24 and is very pleasant/frendly with all passengers and he didnt deserve some skanky little chav whaking the windows when he drove pass thie stupid gang war.
then to make it worse 2 of them hitting cab window and front window in.
if chavs like them go off and fight with each other and kill each other just leave them to die becaus they sodding well deserve it they way they went on tonight (or the way they go on at all times).
