Very cool; looks like a really nice job. Having done this about two years (there is a forum post of my build) whereby i converted a 1/3 of my double garage - i would recommend a few things.
Did you consider underfloor heating?
Make it as homely as possible, if anything like me you will be spending a lot of time in there. Mount a TV.
Automate as much as possible (Alarm, heating, blinds etc, Hue Lighting).
Get some artwork on the walls
Do an Ikea hack desk that stretches the entire wall so you have more desk space etc (with cable tidy).
