Me and the wife have spent the last few years rebuilding our garden but I'm finding that I'm starting to forget what we've planted in areas Given how much the garden has changed, we're starting to re-identify areas that may need more hardy plants where things we'd previously planted or tried have not done well or need different conditions. What I'd like is something to help me keep track of what's where and to maybe add notes on things such as soil conditions or similar. I know this can be done with simple pen and paper but this is a tech forum after all!

Has anyone come across a decent app that could help us layout our garden digitally and keep track of what's planted in each location? I know there are apps that help identify what things are from photos (even iOS will do this now) but as a bonus it'd be great to keep this all contained within 1 place. Likewise having an index of plants or even a "wish list" of things to look out for at garden centres would be great

Growveg also has a YouTube channel too which I find very informative too if you were possibly interested in growing fruit and veg too.

You can also try the growveg planner for a week too with no paid trial either which is great.

Haven't used the planner myself yet as I'm not at that stage yet but it does look good.
