Gas BBQ

Did a smoked brisket on mine (Gas BBQ) for new year, was amazeballs.

I have 4 charcoal BBQs and one gas one.

2 of the charcoal ones are camping/portable though.

Of the two other charcoal I got 2 different Weber kettles, one smaller I use for direct cooking (steak basically) or burgers I guess, the larger one I'll do my joints in.

And then the gas one, the gas one gets by far the most use.

A bit like bloopers, luckily I spotted it, but I nearly wrote "I have 4 charcoal BBWs" a different thing entirely.....

Blimey that's a selection to have mate :p

As for the bloopers mate, it's not only you that writes that, I searched Google for charcoal BBW earlier and glad I had safe search turned on, it's just force of habit though :p
