Gas BBQ

So I'm now stuck as a lot of people say go charcoal, does anybody use these most of the year, I don't want to buy something that I can only really use in warmer weather

Did a smoked brisket on mine (Gas BBQ) for new year, was amazeballs.

Ideally get both.

I have 4 charcoal BBQs and one gas one.

2 of the charcoal ones are camping/portable though.

Of the two other charcoal I got 2 different Weber kettles, one smaller I use for direct cooking (steak basically) or burgers I guess, the larger one I'll do my joints in.

And then the gas one, the gas one gets by far the most use.

A bit like bloopers, luckily I spotted it, but I nearly wrote "I have 4 charcoal BBWs" a different thing entirely.....

As for the bloopers mate, it's not only you that writes that, I searched Google for charcoal BBW earlier and glad I had safe search turned on, it's just force of habit though

I got a Weber gas bbq, it’s only a 2 burner though, had it a fair while now it’s built like a tank, paid a fair bit for it though.

I didn’t do much research at the time so likely could have got something just as good for cheaper.
But it’s lasted so not complaining.

My only regret is not getting something bigger with 3 burners.

i have a hybrid bbq.....can use coals or gas. Whats good is you use the gas to light up the coals and then switch it off and let the coal do the work
