Amen.I'm in but can it be a saturday please, I can't face monday morning hangovers anymore
I should be able to make it, I'll need a day to recover but I think I'll be taking a room for a night as opposed to heading back this time.

Oh and I offered this last time too but I'll say it again, if anyone needs a place to stay for the night let me know. We've got a lovely spare room which my wife has just done up as we're having family over in June (she likes being early, don't ask
). Double bed, own bathroom, 32" telly, free wifi, etc etc (my wife loves watching Four in a bed too) Better than many hotels, I can guarantee you that.
First to ask gets it really.

Its a no from me then, everyone always insists on meeting in central London. It is an awful place to meet...
We come from all over the country, why go to our busiest city, with its horrible traffic and zero parking and congestion charges and packed trains and crime?

Because there's a reason it's the busiest. Also just get the train in and skip the traffic, parking issues and the congestion charges.

I'd happily take you up on this exceptionally kind offer but I fear I would be rather selfish given my London gaff is in zone 6 so someone from further afield would benefit way more and I should stop being so lazy!!!
although I'm now researching the last trains, I seem to remember paying about a gazillion quid to a cabbie last time
