AIUI, it isn't as if it actually generates that much net revenue anyway, (I am sure I read that The costs of collecting it consumes a good proportion of the revenue generated) and yet causes a load of issues for very large numbers of people.

It certainly should be scrapped for multi generational households.

Inheritance tax is cruel, you should be able to provide for your family, you paid tax earning it, saving it and spending it. I think the government has had its fair share by the time you die.

That's a good plan for tax evasion. Completely effective, completely legal. Also, I think, completely justified.
