So you admit your original statement was wrong and the UK is actually right leaning in the written press. It is the left that is under represented.
Nigel Farage is a joke. He has failed to get elected 7 times as an MP, he looked at an 8th attempt in 2019 and realised he'd just lose again and probably even worse than before. My cat could have got elected as an MEP, the only thing that put him front and centre was the Brexit vote and even the other Leave campaign wanted nothing to do with him. No channel is going to give him a program because he is a liability. A man who tied himself to the orange idiot. A man who said he's end the NHS and bring in US style insurance. Now we have left the EU he is irrelevant.
As for the rape gangs up north, yes the police were very slow on dealing with it. Once arrests were made and the court cases started there was a ban on any media coverage of it.
As for the rest, its nonsense.
This channel is walking a very fine line, if they keep on this road OFCOM will step in and either force them to change their editorial direction or they'll lose their news channel status.
But but but the BBC are all horrible lefties who never talked about these issues until the ever so loveable decent chappy Farage pointed it out I know this to be true as Nige said it himself and he never lies not like those life long establishment politicians who this rogue outsider man of the people bought to there knees!
The idea that the BBC is massively bias one way or the other is just nonsense the only thing I see if anything is a slight bias towards who ever the current government is be it Bojo, Cameron or Blair but then that is to be expected when the government control the purse strings! GB News has launched on the pretence of rebalancing News and journalism in the U.K. when in reality it isn’t needed the U.K. media is one of the most balanced in the world and hopefully OFCOM will do it’s job and keep it that way.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, but when it turned out she had Cummings on speed dial and gave an easy ride to Boris, in the sit down interview she did, it was fairly obvious.
The icing on the cake had to be her recent article suggesting there wasn't any real hard evidence of Johnson lying (whilst that video of several demonstrable lies was doing the rounds). Access and money wins the day.
Agreed. She is nothing more than just a Governments spokesperson nowadays putting out whatever message they tell her to.
But obviously she has a massive left wing bias as she is broadcasting on and employed by the massively left wing biased mainstream media corporation that is the BBC? I’m not sold on her being ridiculously bias I just find her too lightweight she never really seems to push a point home or ask the right question no matter who she is interviewing.

Apologies then, the issue here then was that nothing was done about it for almost 2 years until Farage started reporting on it.
And even before then people would have still called it a conspiracy theory / fantasy.
Nothing is being done about it now. In fact the problem has gotten far worse since Farage reported on it.
This highlights perfectly how some people only take any notice of anything once a loudmouth snake oil salesman type person starts talking about it in language that is designed to rile people up.
On that scale GB News will thrive given the line up of presenters!
So someone proves you origional point was made up hyperbole and you follow that up with more made up hyperbole? No government has ever done anything significant about illegal immigration into this country before or after Farage and nobody was painting it as a conspiracy theory/fantasy the BBC were just reporting sensible balanced coverage of the issue not shouty sensationalist nonsense. I look forward to seeing some sensible balanced reporting on the subject from GB News but I certainly won't hold my breath!

Literally heard people like Pritti Patel discussing it AFTER Nigel had began reporting on it, so it gave the IMPRESSION that they were doing something about it now.
Articles saying they were working with the French government to stop people being dumped across the channel.
So yes stuff is being done now, it maybe still isn't enough but they are at least doing something about it.
Maybe people need to talk about these things more.

Is it not just that the majority find these things repugnant, and brands follow the cues given to them by the majority of their customers?
Are some people unable to accept that their views are not shared by the majority?
