GC help required

I'm currently looking for some help finding a graphics card that may or may not actually exist.

I'm looking for a graphics card that will fit in a SFF PC which doesn't require additional power but will display on two monitors running at 1080p 144Hz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone know of anything that'll do the job?

I'm sure there is a double-DP option in existence but can't find one :/

Went on an adventure through various 960s and 285's having forgotten the power requirement, D'oh!

Nvidia is ur best bet like the 750 or buy 4pin to six pin adapter for 960

Needs to be half height I'm afraid it's to go into a HP Compaq SFF PC. Not having much luck finding one.
