Once Kreeeee and I get this pesky Campaign out of the way we can dedicate more time to me being crushed by avalanches, shredded by glass and exploded by lasers.
IMO the last map we played on was by far the best. I'm not a great fan of "Traps" in MP levels

3 crappiest additions so far imo. I haven't even played all the MP maps, so there may be more "surprises" like this

Thanks for the couple of games last night RP. Though horde can be a bit of a challenge with just 2 people
At least both my boxes seem to be connecting fine now. Almost threw my consoles out the window in frustration.
Not sure if am going to go multi tonight or try and finish the campaign. Both are good fun

My copy arrived at work this morning, although I'm not sure I will be able to download the maps you get free as GOW/GOW2 wasn't released in Germany and I couldn't download any maps on the first one as it says it wasn't available in my region. I'll try when I go home for lunch.

Sure you can Kreeeee won't be downloading the maps either. I haven't gotten round to doing it yet myself. (too busy playing the campaign) but that was no obsticle to playing with everyone else.
If I understand correctly they are just some of the maps from GOW anyway so IMO there is little point as they seem to have spruced up a few of them anyway.
Just realised this morning that River is the "Spiritual Successor" to Canals, the bonus map from GOW with the downed helicopter has a remake in GOW2 and I bet once we've played a few more maps we'll find another few remakes or maps that are heavily based on maps from GOW
