You have to play before the end of the year and while signed into Xbox Live, even if it's just a silver account.

Played the game, but still not got any codes, hopefully get mine soon.
Probably doing it in batches. The requirements are to just play it, no idea in regards to certain levels etc. I would imagine it wouldn't matter.
Everyone is being so impatient with these codes

Now see, that is strange, but I would imagine they are still being issued in batches. Although I would have thought, those who played first would get them sooner.

Wait a minute. I was looking at getting this, but am I understanding this right... The disc you buy doesn't have all the games on there? But you get codes sent to you instead to download?
I just got the codes but i have already sold the ultimate game disc, can i still install and use the 360 games? or is it going to ask for a disc like the rare replay does?
EDIT: Just installed the first GOW and yes its a code for the full game no disc needed. Nice!

No the games aren't on the disk. You have to play Ultimate before the end of the year on a minimum of an Xbox Live Silver subscription. Once you've done that they send the codes via Xbox messages.
You don't need the disk to play the downloaded Xbox 360 versions. Or at least it wasn't required when I tried Gears 2 last night.
Can't see a problem with selling the codes either. They are sent to you in key format that you redeem as you would any other key. You get a code for each of the four games.
