When playing games the temp goes well over 110c

Sounds way to high for me. I was getting some hairy temps to until I bought a Zalman Zalman VF700-CU Quiet Copper VGA Cooler (HS-013-ZA) from ocuk.
It even works when the fan isnt plugged in lol, as I found out. Great bit of kit.
Ethier buy one of them, or get a can of compressed air and give your heatsink a good clean up.
