Geforce Experience optimizing games

is it ok to trust the geforce experience to optimize my games because i still want a smooth frame rate ?

It's Nvidia so I would say its like trusting your family to keep you safe.

It's worked well for me, Well in my case it just sets everything as high as it can go, except for Tomb raider, it set it on ultra instead of that extreme ultra setting or whatever it was, so i had to bump that up myself.

I ditched it in the end caused more problems than it was worth

Caused issues in Arma3 beta and other games which don't like "overlays" (things like Fraps) for me.

I'm just waiting for them to add in the game recording feature! Probably never use it after trying it out afew times but still.

Works well for me, it gives an option to revert to old settings if you are having problems so no big deal

Sets me to max on games my rig can't max like ARMA 2.

It's okay but needs more work, it sets GTA IV to 100 all distances and that demolishes framerate, don't they know it's a crap port?

It's like they don't test the games themselves, they just look at the specs the developers recommend and up it in comparison, when some developer specs are way below what is actually needed due to poor game optimisation. It is a really nice program though, love the tooltip screenshots especially.

In Max Payne 3 it just put everything really high, which gave a pretty poor frame rate. Same for Hitman Absolution. Kind of pointless!
