AS Rroff said its not actually a rebrand, for the first time in AAGGESS they had something new. Its not better performance but is actually a different core, even if not hugely.
The funny thing is only a month or so after releasing these to retail, the first non rebranded part they've had in ages, they went and rebranded it to a GT310. You really can't make this stuff up, i have no clue why they'd have their partners spend money on marketing, boxing, packaging and selling cards just to have them rebrand it so shortly after.
How many GT210's will be on shelves now, at the same price as GT310's right next to them and be unsellable. Nvidia really isn't making its partners lives easy.
