Geforce Titan rumours.

If the Titan will be more powerful than my 680s I will surely buy it.
If it will be as powerful as my 680s I will surely buy it.
If it will be less powerful I don't see the point in downgrading. I don't have the space in my Z77 Sabertooth for 2 Titans :(

Hopefully the Titan will be more powerful than a 690 :)

Sorry Greg this chart looks fake

The give away is the numbers on the right - the top three have a single value but the Titan has a range.

I wish NV would hurry up and get some cards out to reviewers to put an end to speculation.

If anyone can read Chinese I would be interested to know what it says in brackets where the clock speed for the Titan should be, another inconsistancy.

I think the chart was a prediction and nothing more. The article I posted was a good read and makes good sense.

For your and my needs, Titan will be perfect. My thoughts are it will be more than I will pay for a GFX card, £600 maybe fair enough, £700 is silly money for a single chip card really !... It's not even remotely like I cant play everything well with my 680, so it's just an expensive luxury :)

The whole article seems to be guesswork based on what they already know about the K20X, as you say though still an interesting read.

Guesswork is all we have to go on until Nvidia release some hard data. I wish there was something 'set in stone', just so I have a heads up of what to do personaly. :(

nvidia have nothing to lose by releasing more info, its not like AMD are going to magic up a Titan killer in a few days.

All nvidia are doing by draging this out is harming sales of GTX 670/80/90s, I am sure there are a lot of people sitting on the fence at the moment waiting to see what the Titan can do who would otherwise buy one of the above.

Agreed Kaap. It is a PITA :(

I'm sure Nvidia would say, "Hang on a min, we have said nothing", but you would think it sensible to fully confirm or deny :)

Sweet Neil. If true, I want. 40%-50% above a 680 in games is nice :)

Edit:

Also as a valid point, with the bigger 384bit bus, this will make triple screen gaming better. The 256 bit bus is more than ample for 1080P but gets shown up at 5760*1080 resolutions.

Any triple screen gamers should be watching Titan very closely.

this thing looks like its going to be beastly but ~£700 for a a gfx card si a little too much for me. that will probably buy both next gen consoles lol

Hate to put a damper on these graphs but when I tried to run the extreme preset of firestrike on my 690s the result was awful (1 fps on the combined) yet in those graphs they have the 690 as the top performer. At the moment I can not check with a single GTX 690 as I am half way though putting a proper w/c loop on the CPU.

Maybe someone with a 690 or a pair of 2gb 680s can run the bench to check but I think this is another hoax.

I will give extreme a blast at 10 tonight Kaap.

The score I got from 2 gtx 690s was so bad it would have embarrassed a laptop. I not sure if it was the drivers or the cards were vram limited, if it was the former you should be fine, if it was the latter .....

Edit just had a look on the Hall of fame and there are some GTX 680 sli setups on there

If you are going to give this a run tonight you could grab the top GTX 680 spot.
