Geil 6400 low latency BIOS setting help

I was just wondering if anybody that has a similiar spec to me could give me there settings in there MB tweaker on a DS3 board at the moment mines x7 CPU 266 1.325v
RAM 533 2.1v
5,5,5,15

Also does anyone know how to manually set the TRC on these boards.

Iam just looking for stability at the moment as iam just beginning to learn how to OC

On the main BIOS page press Ctrl + F1. Then enter MB tweaker and several advanced features will appear.

Its the DS3 thread and has many entries of people's overclocks.

Personally I like F5, haven't tried F6 or F7 yet cos I don't need Quad core support and I have an E6600. I would suggest you should at least try F6

The strange thing about all this is the more settings i convert to manual under memory the better the system runs but i dont understand what the rest of the memory settings control or what to set them to for Geil 6400.
So far ive just set the voltage to 2.1 and the timings to 4,4,4,12 but ive just changed Rank Write To READ Delay to from auto to 16 and now i can load a round in battlefield but i can join still but the system seems smoother at startup as well as it doesnt lock the taskbar for 10 to 20 seconds.
