GEIL PC2-6400 VALUE DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

Everybody speaks about GEIL ULTRA PC2-6400 4-4-4-12.
Please,tell me what about GEIL PC2-6400 VALUE DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (5-5-5-15, packaged in red retail box, with silver heatsinks).
It seems that nobody tested this value memory. There is just a few reviews of it on the net.
I also didn't hear anything about compatibility this Value RAM with 965P-DS4.

The pc5300 4-4-4-12 version of it is meant to clock quite well to pc6400 speeds at 5-5-5-12, so it may be the same stuff. But I wouldn't expect it to go much further than pc6400 speeds without loosening the timings even more.
