I really do have some serious concerns if he can't turn things around the PL is totally brutal and for those that have followed the sport for a while it can really damage player's careers getting battered every week.

I hear you, however, he gave Humphries a really good game last week
And should have won but missed too many doubles. He has the game, but he’s clearly below the top 5 in terms of talent.
