Generals in a window?

Right, a friend is running the Decade pack and wants to run Generals in a window... is there a way to do such a thing? We've tried the shorcut editing like you can do with BF2 but to no avail.

Yes. Simply add -win to the shortcut you use to start Generals. So the "target" field in the shortcut should look something like:

C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals\generals.exe" -win

Or is that the one you've tried?

Not the one I tried, but that didn't work either I'm afraid
