Alright, basically my brother is buying a car, the V5 will be in his name.
If we go to pick up the car am I right or wrong in thinking that if I have DOC cover on my policy for another car I own, I can drive it back under DOC (since it is not owned by me) but he can't unless he takes out a policy for that car?
Does the car need to be insured by SOMEONE before DOC cover will apply?
