Well you will really have to just man up and deal with it.

The worst that can happen is that you die, and that's not really something to panic about.

Hardly any air is fresh even on the best plane available which is the dreamliner 787

50% of the air that supplies the cabin is fresh air from the engine bleeds. The other 50% is recirculated, although this is filtered before heading back into the cabin. The filters have a 99% success rate of removing bacteria/viruses as they are rated to remove particles as small as 0.3 microns. Nonsense to not fly for this reason. You're more likely to get infected in the lift at work, or in Tesco.

I would hate to be trapped inside a pressurized domestic plane packed full of strangers full of pathogens waiting to infect me.

Hardly any air is fresh even on the best plane available which is the dreamliner 787. I would insist on 100% fresh air before you get me inside one.
