I thought DRS was enabled when a car elects to run slicks?

If they're all running slicks to start with, what's the point in disabling it?

Imo DRS should only be turned off if it is really peeing it down. If they crash in drizzle due to DRS then so be it. I want to see some crashes!

Always disabled for the first 2 laps of the race anyway.
