The Olympia Tower in Munich is a pretty nice landmark, good restaurant too. Shame about the **** (ex)football stadium!

That is the Sagrada de familia Been to it twice now, and seen it in its construction and near finished state......its awesome. One of the most breath-taking experiences of my lifetime.

Like Paris has the Eiffel tower and Italy has the leaning tower, does Germany have any landmarks that are well known? (other than the 'ring! lol)?

Yes and no.

It was part of Germany during the War:

Following the German occupation of Poland in September 1939, Oświęcim was incorporated into Germany as part of the Katowice District (Regierungsbezirk Kattowitz), or unofficially East Upper Silesia (Ost-Oberschlesien), and renamed Auschwitz.
