Get Classy, Eye For The TI Or All On Red?

Indeed. Around £550 at the time.

Are you going to be gaming, benching or both? And when i say benching i don't mean running a bench for the sake of it and not caring what the result is, i mean benching to try and get on the scoreboards etc and really pushing the card.

If your just gaming, you don't need to spend the extra on the classy, just grab a cheap ref cooled 780/780ti or a custom cooled 290/290x for a bit less.

So why pay more if it could be crap? :p
If it's all silicon lottery you might as well just get the cheapest one.

To minimise the odds of getting a crap one by buying a better spec card. Although, they'll always be the odd bad egg that gets through, and as it happens you just manage to find them :D

So

Options are:

£430 Classy
£450 290X
£480 TI (On offer price)

So im considering price to be null and void in options. Is it worth getting a Classy and aim at clocking to around TI performance.

Get a classy and clock it to around 290x perfomance.

Buy a TI and clock it as far as I can, knowing i'm already sat on very nice performance at stock.

Buy a 290X and Clock it as far as I can.

Surely if you are looking at a 780 then you should also consider this which brings price back into it.
