Get me to Berlin... Or Leipzig

I want to go to Leipzig. I'm in the North East of England and don't know anyone near Stansted or Liverpool, but apparently they're the best places to fly from.

I'm poor so want as cheap a flight as possible.

Anyone got any recommendations?

TUIfly go from Newcastle to Hanover, then you'd have to hop on the train to Leipzig (about 3 hrs).
