Red line = armoured cable. Run it along the fence to the end, then pole to pole?

A family member has a shared driveway and theirs and next doors garages are semi-detached and both have power from when they were built by Persimmon 10 year ago or so. The power cable (plus alarm cable) go under the shared drive and it doesn't matter how its routed, next door will always have to drive over it to get to their part of the drive and their garage.
