That's 2 hours of my life I will never get back after watching this utter carp. It truly is the worse film i've seen in years, only went to see it because friends dragged me along.

1/10 and that being generous.

well 4 us went to se it and we all thought it was rubbish, don't get me wrong there is some funny bits but it's still a stinker of movie.

How is Carell though, surely it doesn't fail because of him...what's it down to, bad story, bad jokes...fill me in a little more as i'm supposed to be off to see this later.

I was expecting it to be **** so came out happy, as it had surpassed all expectations.
I dont really rate carell after the 40yo virgin, as that film is possibly one of the all time worst films iv ever seen. It ranks only slightly more entertaining than american dreamz.
Get smart isnt THAT bad... i thought there was quite a few funny bits tbh.

If you want a Caroll movie Dan in Real Life is great. :D

Saw this last night and thought it quite enjoyable. Wasn't the best film I've ever seen but Carell was in good form and there were some really funny moments.

I have just seen this and thought that it was amusing and well paced. I haven't seen the series, so I don't know how it compares and did see it in the company of 2 eleven year old boys, so maybe this makes a difference, but not the waste of time / money that some make it out to be.

I saw this movie today, it was pretty hilarious and very good. It's a movie of the old skool TV series Get Smart, all the characters are portrayed on how they were in the TV series and the acting is of the same style for those characters too so anyone not familiar with that will obviously think of this film as rubbish or a Bond Comedy which it's not meant to be.

I love Steve as an onscreen presence though, been following his onscreen antics since The Daily Show and he has that humour about the way he manages to pull off funny parts without batting an eyelid.

Anna Hathaway as Agent 99 was superbly stunning, she's hot as hell and I found myself jaw-floored throughout her appearances onscreen.

I have seen Johnny English and rate this movie higher than JE. It's certainly one of the more entertaining spy movies I have seen this year. IMDB results are good too at 7.9.

Mmmmmmmm Anna.

Found it rather funny and a pleasant 2hrs well spent. I'm more shocked at how expensive going the pictures is these days.

I thought as a no brainer funny film it did pretty well, the golf course scene with the sword fish is just brilliant.

I just realised the other day that it is infact cheaper than I thought, at vue you get a little voucher everytime you go that gets you about £1.50-£2 off your next ticket, meaning you can still get in for about £4, and theres obviously orange wednesdays! Plus at some empires they have either tues or thurs cheap, at £3.20 a ticket or something
