How do one go about doing this, the best and easy way? (cheapest way too)

No it aint for me but a friend :) . I have looked a googled but it just comes up with loads if advert that is confusing. The marriage is 3years old...any info appreciated thanks.

3 years can still be contested by the other party, 5 years can't. Friend of mine used Divorce Online and claimed they are reasonably priced and very efficient.

Afaik, they're a proper solicitors practice too. They'll send out the forms to be signed, prepare everything for the court, all he'll need to do is fill in some personal details regarding him and his spouse/children and they pretty much do the rest.
 
if its amicable, not cost, children ect and both are happy to do it, I think they can just goto a solicitors. It's only when money, kids ect become a problem.

They dont have kids..so it should go down well.

This is why im so weary of marriage man...Too much paper works and monies wasted just to go each other's way...God. :p

And pre-nup holds no water in England & Wales !
