I think thats the right wording?

Basically I have a doman with plusnet - www.benmc.co.uk - I am moving ISPs (they change their T&Cs more than I change my underwear) and would like to keep the domain.

Now, I don't really know what goes on in the background, but I want to keep the website and my email address.

How do I do this? :o

Goto the Plusnet help and support page. Put "transfer Domain" in to the search box and follow the instructions.

What do you want to "move"? The domain registration? The DNS hosting? Web Hosting? Email Hosting?
All of these in theory can be done by different companies if you wanted.

He just wants the domain.

As said above, go to the new domain company and click transfer, it's very easy to transfer :)
