Bringing this thread back, basically with the 260 and the 300w psu it overloaded the 12v rail so I have rebuilt with sandy and 550ti, I will post some pics later but so far so good.

How on Earth are you using a full size ATX PSU in an SG05?

I've just shoehorned a 6950 into an SG05, but I'm using the 450W PSU.

I drilled holes, got a low profile PSU and justr screwed one in, fully modular and just connected the power cables I needed, the thing I didnt like about it was that it was messy so gone back to the normal PSU.

This worked fine, just photoed my new build, you can see a bit of the "damage" that was done from putting in the full size psu
