getting a lot of similar spam

Getting a lot of spam latley like this at work anyideas on how to stop it ?


im currently using zone alarm int sec and it filters a lot out but some is still getting through .

I have been getting similar ones to that as well. I just set up my email client to block them. End of problem.

what email client you using and what do i set to block them ?
